How to exchange TRX for LTC safely and at a good rate
To switch from Tron to Litecoin you don’t need to sell for dollars first and then buy again. ROVEN exchange does it in one step: one order, one rate, one payout.
Tron (TRX) is the coin of the Tron network, which carries most of the world’s USDT transfers. Litecoin (LTC) is one of the oldest Bitcoin forks, with blocks four times faster and low fees.
Why swap TRX for LTC
Coins serve different purposes, and sometimes holding LTC makes more sense — for faster transfers, staking or the Litecoin ecosystem. Litecoin was built for fast, cheap transfers, which makes it handy for payments.
Networks and addresses
| You send TRX | You receive LTC | |
|---|---|---|
| Network | Tron | Litecoin |
| Address | “T” + 33 characters | “ltc1…”, “L…” or “M…” |
| Network speed | a block comes every 3 seconds | a block comes roughly every 2.5 minutes |
| Memo / tag | Not needed | Not needed |
What to watch out for
- Send TRX on Tron mainnet, not TRX tokens on other blockchains.
- A Litecoin address starts with “ltc1”, “L” or “M”; it’s best to avoid legacy “3…” addresses.
- Send the exact amount from the order and do it within 30 minutes, while the locked rate is valid.
How long the swap takes
Swap speed depends on both networks. On Tron, a block comes every 3 seconds; on Litecoin, a block comes roughly every 2.5 minutes. The whole TRX to LTC swap usually takes 5 to 30 minutes once your transfer is confirmed.
The current rate is 1 LTC = 159.617081 TRX and the minimum amount is 66.666667 TRX. Create an order in the form above, and ROVEN exchange will send swap updates by email or Telegram.
